Refund policy

Please note that our refund policy applies to online purchases only.

We are more than happy to offer you a full refund on your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of purchase. This excludes custom made items and earrings for hygiene reasons. Please ensure proof of purchase is included in your parcel. Delivery and return charges are non-refundable.

Please return items via a signed for delivery service which tracks and insures your item of jewellery. Please make sure you keep your proof of posting in the event of your parcel going missing, as we cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivered items.
